Who We Are

Everyone is Creative (Eviscreat) Foundation is a Ugandan nonprofit Community based organization (Reg. No WCBO/25/646) developing scalable educational and behavioral interventions for children and adolescents in underserved communities. Through play-based learning, structured reflection, and youth-centered innovation, we help young people build the confidence, persistence, and adaptive thinking skills needed to navigate academic and life challenges.

We believe that potential is not fixed. With the right learning environments, supportive relationships, and opportunities for practice, children can strengthen how they respond to setbacks, solve problems, and pursue long-term goals.

Our work combines behavioral science, education, creativity, and implementation-focused innovation to design interventions that are engaging, culturally grounded, and scalable within low-resource school settings.

The Challenge we are addressing

In Uganda, many adolescents leave school before completing secondary education—not because they lack intelligence or potential, but because repeated academic difficulty, limited support, and structural barriers gradually weaken confidence and engagement with learning.

P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E — The World of Mindsets

P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E – World of Mindsets is a structured scenario-based learning intervention designed to help adolescents strengthen academic persistence and adaptive responses to challenge.

Through gameplay, guided reflection, peer discussion, and behavioral decision-making, students practice responding to setbacks using mechanisms such as effort after difficulty, strategy adjustment, help-seeking, emotional tolerance, and long-term thinking.

Unlike traditional mindset programs that focus primarily on changing beliefs, the intervention emphasizes repeated behavioral practice within realistic academic and social situations.

Research & Innovation

Our work combines behavioral science, play-based learning, stakeholder co-creation, and implementation research to design interventions that are engaging, feasible for schools, and capable of long-term scale.

We are currently advancing the development of implementation-ready intervention models through curriculum refinement, facilitator training systems, pilot preparation, and school partnership development.
